I have been working at Super Micro Computer, Inc. (Supermicro) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Product line is probably the most robust in the industry in terms of hardware and the ability to deliver variants of products on top of products is just stunning.

    Cons

Can really be at the top of the industry food chain, but the internal cultural leadership has created a monster with massive layers of internal complexity. There are staff members here who can be amazing employees but the current middle management is poorly trained to develop cohesive functional groups that can work alongside each other.

    Advice to Management

All the new senior leadership hired from the outside industry is a great start. Keep that going. Focus on the internal and external branding as customers want to deal with an organized company.
