Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback.***** We value all feedback as an opportunity to ensure continuous improvement as service excellence is the cornerstone of how we operate at SP.***** We are proud of our robust recruitment process for all of our roles as finding the right person is crucial to our business. We also feel it is just as important for the candidate to feel that Superpartners is the right fit for them.***** Your description of the process is close to what we do, the only difference is that we get all candidates to complete 4 online assessments for all administration roles.***** As our roles in our Contact Centre and Administration teams are planned in advance based on peaks of servicing required, we often start the recruitment process anywhere from 8-10 weeks in advance for each intake.***** There is a strong possibility that you actually applied at the end of one intake, but were successful for the next one. We will ensure that we continue to give more definite start dates going forward.***** All of our managers who are involved in the recruitment process go through Manager Interview Training so that they are aware of best practice interviewing techniques. All candidates are interviewed using the same Interview Guide to ensure a robust, fair and transparent process. In response to the interview question about having children in the future, we will remind managers that this is not a relevant question and will be used as an example in our next Manager Interview Training sessions. Thank you for bringing your thoughts to our attention.***** Kind regards, Superpartners Recruitment Team

Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. ***** We value all feedback as an opportunity to ensure continuous improvement as service excellence is the cornerstone of how we operate at SP. ***** We are sorry to hear that you have assessed the overall experience as “Negative”. Looks like you went through the Assessment Centre process which generally receives praise from all involved. ***** References play a very important part of any robust recruitment process. Our references are conducted online through a web based portal. Referees are sent an email to allow them access to this portal so they can complete the reference on a candidate’s behalf.. This system ensures a more robust due diligence process is followed to combat reference fraud and collect more meaningful feedback. As you can see from the list provided, every one of the questions are focussed on how a candidate has performed certain tasks or demonstrated certain behaviours. The questions asked in a Reference Check are certainly not secret and most organisations with a robust recruitment process will ask very similar questions. ***** Kind regards, Superpartners Recruitment Team
