Superior Tire interview questions

Very long process and questions that seemed irrelevant to the position that I applied for. Seemed like the higher up personnel that would ultimately make the decision came in for a short period and they had their mind made up before they even left if they wanted to hire me or not. There was SOME talk about salary but very vague.

Very straight forward interview with the typical questions about career achievements and future outlook. The HR admin is very likeable and offers a friendly face to new hires despite common town's sentiment that the company is the worst to work for.
