I interviewed at Supporting Education Group (London, England)
Interview
Great experience. Great interview process. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a role. What a nice company to work for. They genuinely care about children and education. The interview process was thorough but easy to follow.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Supporting Education Group (Milton Keynes, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
Groundhog Day. Interview 1 was a general chat over Teams. I was then invited to a face to face interview and asked general questions about management style etc. I was then informed by the agency that I had come across really well, but so had another candidate, so they wanted to invite me to a third interview over Teams. I was asked largely the same set of questions by two more senior managers. Not SEG's fault, but the recruitment agent I was working with left the company and I didn't receive any feedback. I had to chase for feedback and all I was told is that they had decided to hire the other person. From the interview questions, it is clear that their selection process is nonexistent.
