Surgo Foundation interview questions

I talked to several people at the organization over the course of a few weeks. I was always kept up to date on my application status and had ample opportunity to learn about the role and culture through the process. I did a take home case study which I enjoyed as part of the process, it got me excited about the work they do. I ended up accepting another position but I appreciated the opportunity to learn about the great work they are doing.

Very unprofessional and disorganized. Interviewed with 4 different people and completed a case study and then was told they were changing the job description. Have some respectful for your prospective employee process. Huge waste of time. Beware!
