Sushi Gourmet interview questions

Applied, didn’t hear anything for ages until I got a text a few months later asking me if I was still interested. I said yes, so they invited me to a trial shift. Did the trial and it went well, there was no actual interview. Filled out a bunch of forms that you typically fill out when you start a new job, however they never actually said “You’ve got the job!” and kept leading me on until eventually ghosting me completely.
