Lots of Games, some technicals involving data analysis, probability as well as expected value. behavioral interview was discussion with trader. positive experience and nice accommodations but very difficult based on the given time limits and standards

Received an OA within a couple weeks of applying.
60 mins online assesment, asked a lot of pure logic questions, some dynamic programming and some bayes rule stuff, as well as the standard probability and combinatorics topics.
Took 4 MONTHS to respond with a rejection after OA screen.

Question 1
4x7 grid, rabbit starts on the top left square. on each turn, the rabbit can move one step down or one step right. how many possible ways are there for the rabbit to reach the bottom right square?
Online Assessment, Recruiter Screen, 2 Technical Interviews, then Final Round. Mostly Green Book and Game Theory. Interviewers were nice and helped out. Just standard probability questions, like Green Book questions.

I applied for the Quant Trader position, as an intern, in Dublin. I received the OA immediately after, and I had around 1 hour to answer 17 probability/logic questions. Overall it was not extremely difficult, but proper preparation is necessary

A gardener is eagerly waiting for his two favorite flowers to bloom.
The purple flower will blossom at some point uniformly at random in the next 20 days and be in bloom for exactly 4 days. Independent of the purple flower, the red flower will blossom at some point uniformly at random in the next 20 days and be in bloom for exactly 8 days.
Compute the probability that both flowers will simultaneously be in bloom at some point in time.
