Applied through college career website. 2 rounds phone interview. No behavioral questions and straight to technicals. The first interviewer is a current associate and the second is the one in charge of the intern program. Stat and probability questions. Not allowed to disclose specific details. This was a technical interview with HR and consisted of some stats questions. Organization and logistics were easy and I appreciate being given an interview despite my non-conventional resume that didn't garner many interviews from other companies.
