Contacted by HR to have a 30 minute phone call. HR explained the entire interview process and what to expect which includes three rounds: HR Call, Technical Call, and On-site interview and tour. HR was very clear and open to questions. Entire process went extremely smooth and the entire staff was really kind.
This was a technical interview with HR and consisted of some stats questions. Organization and logistics were easy and I appreciate being given an interview despite my non-conventional resume that didn't garner many interviews from other companies.

Online assessment that was not that hard and then a phone interview it was not too bad just the usual expected value and probability and that sort of thing. Dice questions and coin questions.
