Applied online, received a phone call an interview with HR, all behavior questions, nothing technical and got rejected a few days later. I don't understand if they are not going to give you at least a technical interview, why bother letting HR reply....
This was a technical interview with HR and consisted of some stats questions. Organization and logistics were easy and I appreciate being given an interview despite my non-conventional resume that didn't garner many interviews from other companies.

Online assessment that was not that hard and then a phone interview it was not too bad just the usual expected value and probability and that sort of thing. Dice questions and coin questions.
