Interview
The whole process was extremely positive, they are very kind. The first step is composed by two programming problems on codility. Then, there are two on-site interviews with blackboard problems and technical questions.

30 minute interview with HR manager on competencies + basic questions on coding (what is inheritance, garbage collection, simple enough kind of stuff), invited to 2nd round at SIg headquarters. Given tour of office, before 2 hour deep dive with two engineers. Hour going through CV and experience, and an hour coding interview. Didn't get job, but positive experience throughout.
