It started with an online math and capital markets technical exam, and then a phone behavioral interview and a few technicals, and then an in-person "super day" at the headquaters in Philadephia

Q: What's the probability of flipping 50 heads in a row on a fair coin?
Online quiz followed by a call with recruiter that wasn’t too difficult. Afterwards there was a final round superday type interview with three different members of the team of varying levels with varying questions types between brain teasers and finance probabilities.

Interview
CV application ->general ability test -> phone screen -> case study -> final round "superday" interviews.
Superday has 4 components; office tour + chat with graduate on the buyside team, behavioural interview, general knowledge of the markets interview, maths interview with simple questions.

General knowledge about the markets, ie. given a hypothetical scenario, how do you expect the market to react and what positions, if any, would you take?
Took the SIG Capital Markets assessment followed by an interview. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. Asked fundamental and technical questions about the stock market. The process took a month.
