Interview
They called me on my cellphone and asked me a series of logic based questions. Interviewer was very nice but strict on not devulging any hints about the answer to the question. After the phone interview got called in to do a full on site interview that consisted mostly of fit questions rather than logic.

You have 8 marbles and they all are identical looking in size, color, and shape. One marble weighs more than the other 7. You have a balance and can use it twice. How would you find out which marble is the heavy one.
