At Swift, every candidate journey is managed by our People team. We begin with an initial call to learn more about you and share details about the role. From there, candidates move to a hiring manager interview, followed by a panel interview, and then, if successful, to the offer stage. At every step, scheduling and communication are handled directly by our People team.
