Swig interview questions

I applied for both daytime team member and shift lead. I got the email inviting me to an interview for shift lead position. The interview went well but also very fast. I was offered the job on the spot. I went home and opened my onboarding letter to see it said my position would be “team member”. I reached out to the manager to clarify which position and her response was because I applied to both team member and shift lead they’d start me at team member because that is the starting position until I would be trained. I was told team member is the starting position until I am trained up because “shift lead requires you to work 3 months prior to grasp all content”. I was told they’d help streamline me to shift lead. I also was told I could potentially having my start pay be a little higher and then not do raises as often and I could “be on the road to shift lead.” Unfortunately this info was not communicated to me in the interview and was once I asked. I was excited to work for Swig but won’t be moving forward. I applied mid June, and interviewed end of July, start date was about 2 weeks after interview.
