Interview
Phone screen, in person interview they asked several questions related to customer service. Second interview was with the store manager to ensure that I was a food fit for the company.
The sales associate interview was a panel interview, with two managers interviewing the candidate. The interviewers asked inappropriate questions regarding my age and and marital status that were not necessary for the position I was applying for.
