I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Swissport (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2014
Interview
Applied online and received a call a couple days later to come in for an "interview". I use interview in quotes, because no actual interview was conducted. I was given a description of the job, the pay, and benefits overview (this part was quick, since benefits are virtually nil.) The only question I was asked was if I'd be interested in this type of work. I was then given 48 hours to complete airport fingerprinting and a drug test. About a week later I was called and given dates for badging and training.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No standard interview questions were asked. Which, in and of itself, was rather unexpected I suppose.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swissport (Melbourne) in Mar 2026
Interview
Simple group interview to get to know you, and overview of the company. Some, paperwork to prove ability to work, and competency . Just provide safety application along with interest the company.
Simple phone interview followed by an in person interview. Applications are online and then a phone interview, in person interview, and potentially a final phone interview. It is relatively simple
Quick and easy but it seemed like they hire anybody. The questions are super vague and it feels like they are trying to just get people in the door but they don’t care about retention
