First two interviews was with an outsourced talent team, then another interview with Swissport HRBP and Hiring Manager, and then the final is with the Global Head of People. Felt the process was very unprofessional. After being asked my availability for the final interview. I was sent a message that the Manager was out on holiday and wasn’t going to be available for the next 2 weeks. I understood and waited. After those two weeks, no one reached out to me, so I sent an email asking about the process. To my surprise the answer was that they had decided not to continue with my application as during the time the Manager was out the moved forward with other candidates instead.
