Interview
After applying I received a scheduling email in a week for a call with the recruiter, and we confirmed a date, for which I got a Google event. Noticed a few hours before that there was call platform in the event, so I sent an email, no reply. Turned out to be a phone call, as recruiter called me 10 minutes late, did not apologize, and had very bad call quality, asked some screening questions and was rushing me. At the end they said the next step will be that I need to send them my github and I will be getting a test to complete. I sent the info right after, no reply. A day later I sent it again in case it didnt go through, still no reply. I tried following up multiple times through emails and linkedin, with no response. I think this is very unprofessional when I was qualified and highly interested in the position/company, but the recruiter cant even send me the agreed upon test or even just a template rejection.
