2 stage process, the first round was a telephonic round followed by a face to face round at the office. Was very straight forward and easy. They made me feel comfortable right from the start.

1st Stage was a telephone call that lasted about 15 mins
2nd Stage was an unstructured face to face in their office with two contractors, one of which spent the whole time checking emails etc. on his laptop

Most questions asked were around Agile concepts. There was little or no understanding of testing/QA or how Test professionals add value in Agile so most questions were unexpected as not always relevant
