Online application and then zoom interview with HR and hiring manager. They want you to use the STAR method and be very particular and specific about it so make sure you have specific examples.

Interview
It was a standard interview AC day with a group (5 or 6 people) and an individual interview. Given a scenario to propose solutions to. The individual interview had 5 very generic questions. The office was easy to get to right next to paramatta train station.
Video interview. Five pre-recorded questions with two minutes to prepare and two minutes to answer. Most were general, STAR format. The last was asking about why you want to work at Sydney water.
