2 interviews, the first one was a quick chat on the phone, the second is an in person interview with 2 center directors, after that I filled out a job application.

Submitted an application online. Within a week, I received an email for phone interview appointment. After other candidates had their phone interviews, I was then interviewed in person. I was offered a position within 2-3 days.
