Interview
Applied through reference. Got a mail from HR within 2 days, asking for the best time to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview will be with the manager, under whom you will be working. The interview lasted for 45 mins. Contacted the HR after a week for an update. 2 weeks after the phone interview, the manager mailed me directly saying that he believe's that I would be good fit for the team. The documentation part continued with the HR.

3. And some behavioral questions to see if you will fit the team
Not much of direct technical questions. But how can you improve our technology was quite challenging and led to much more inside questions.

Interview
The interview is quite simple: the HR called/emailed to arrange a time, and the HR and hiring manager were the only two who talked to me on the day of the interview. The HR lady is very nice and she explained the company culture and other things to me in details. The hiring manager spent 45-50 minutes with me and pretty much just went through my resume and asked me what are my like/dislike in terms of job functions. He also indicate he needs to talk to quite a lot of people to make the final decision. There were no IQ test, skill test, or any technical questions in the interview.
