Systems Research (Schaumburg, IL) interview questions

First I spoke with a Manager over the telephone to schedule a time when I can come in. Meanwhile, they asked me to complete a Personality Assessment and take a drug test and agree to a background check. When I went in, I met with the Manager, then met with 2 additional Managers (separately), but this time each of them were accompanied by an Account Manager.
