My interview process was comfortable and professional, and I would divide it into 6 stages. In my case, moving to the next stage meant that the previous stage was successful.
1. Submitting a resume. I submitted my resume through the standard "easy apply" format on LinkedIn Jobs.
2. Conversation with Tech Recruiter, introduction. 30 min.
3. Conversation with Chapter Lead, introduction. 30 min.
4. Solving a technical task. Receiving and solving technical specifications in a calm atmosphere, at a calm pace. The deadline for completing the technical specifications depends on the task. In my case, I was given 7 days to complete it. The task was interesting. I liked solving it, and I showed my best qualities.
5. Receiving feedback on a completed task. Conversation with Chapter Lead and Tribe Lead. 1h 30 min. We discussed the selected solutions and the architecture of the completed technical specifications. We also discussed experience and knowledge of different technologies related to the job description.
6. Receiving a job offer and discussing it. Tech Recruiter and Recruitment Manager. 30 min
