we had to prove that we could have a conversation and why we should work at the store, what sections we shop in when we visit. this was just so they knew we actually had interest in the store

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
