I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (London, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview is straight forward, once you come, the manager gives you a form to fill it up. The questions are multiple choices (15-20 questions) to answer in 20 mins. Asks you questions such as: "What would you do if a customer is looking for a certain type of item?", "If a customer is behaving bad manner, what would you do?" etc
Once the form is completed and passed, they will proceed with the interview.
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

Question 1
What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
