I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Limerick, Limerick) in Aug 2020
Interview
I was asked about my availability and upcoming holidays, then for the interview there was about 5 pages worth of standard questions basically seeing if you have common sense in terms of working in retail. And some question on personality too. You were given several situations and then 3 choices to answer and rate them from worst to best. Done in 15-20 mins. After my results were looked over, a one to one interview began asking about past work experience such as "describe a time were there was a stressful situation at work and you resolved it/how?" Etc

It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.
