      .NET Developer Interview

      Sep 22, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Saint Petersburg, Sankt-Peterburg
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Systems (Saint Petersburg, Sankt-Peterburg) in Sep 2019

      Interview

Very complicated to get to HRs radar online. Looks like vacancies where I applied was simply lost. Only answering to their cold emails I had a chance to get in touch. And HR did not respect my "preferred type of communication" in resume and simply called me every single time. The Interview Process was kind of a nice experience. At the beginning the was a section with HR where I've been asked some general questions and I also could ask some questions. Then there was a section with two software engineers. For a English knowledge check we switched to English where I was asked about my hobbies. During the interview I got some feeling that there is a lot of bureaucracy. After the interview I got an offer with a quite short amount of time for consideration
