    I worked at T-Systems full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and great paid time off (PTO)/vacation. Starts with 33 days PTO that includes holidays and sick time.

Being able to work remotely was nice too.

    401k with match

    Cons

The down side to any IT outsourcer is that the longer the contract goes, the more monitary concessions are made to the customer. That causes lay-offs.

Sr management states facts and figures on what is important to them, not what is important to the employee or how it impacts the employee.
