1. Application & Screening
CV & Cover Letter Review → They check for consulting / analytics / digital marketing background, strong quantitative skills, and client-facing potential.
Sometimes followed by a short phone/HR screening (15–20 min) focusing on motivation, availability, and basic background fit.
2. First Round Interview (HR / Behavioral)
Conducted by HR or a junior consultant.

Question 1
Introduce yourself and what is your previous experice
After a single interview, I received a job offer two weeks later without any additional tasks. I discussed my past experiences and received a detailed explanation of the role. They asked me about what i wanted to study and examples of when i had lead a project or payed extra attention to detail
2 interviewers and ~45min. Behavioral interview about previous experiences, and JD discussion about the potential tasks and time spent on each. In the end, some administration talks about salary expectations, working mode, etc.
