      Light Industrial Interview

      Jul 31, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Everett, WA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TERRA (Everett, WA) in Jul 2019

      Interview

They said it was one hour but it was three hrs. They pointed out negative things over and over saying I haven't worked enough. They don't try to look for all your good attributes. You have to point them out. They won't just try and find you a job in an area your good at or have experience in. Its more about filling their accounts.
