HR screen asking general questions about my background, my leadership style. They were quite curious about the size of my current company.
They said they would be in touch by end of the next week. 3 weeks later, nothing. No email, nothing.
It's not hard to tell someone that they went with someone else.
No courtesy from them at all. They just ghosted. Reading other reviews, it seems I was not the exception. Ghosting is a common practice with this company
I won't be following up.

Question 1
They asked about how to process accounting issue under ASPE?
I received an email requesting my availability for a phone interview. I promptly responded, and they confirmed a day for the interview. I was excited and looking forward to the call. Based on the email, I was supposed to receive the call at the scheduled time, but after waiting for over an hour, it never happened.
Out of professionalism, I followed up with an email to inquire if something unexpected occurred and whether I should expect a new interview date or at least an explanation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I never received a response.
This experience is extremely disappointing and completely opposite to the company’s claims about celebrating diversity and valuing people. The lack of communication and consideration for my time is concerning, especially for an organization that prides itself on supporting its team members.
