THINKINK interview questions

The interview process was very thorough overall. The job I applied for was a remote-based position since I don’t live in Miami, and began with a phone interview to get a better sense of my background as it related to the PR position. Next, we scheduled a Skype interview to dive deeper into my past experience, the expectations for the position, the company culture, and the opportunities for growth despite being a remote employee. In the third round, I was asked to complete an assignment to demonstrate my ability to understand how PR fits into the larger marketing strategies ThinkInk builds and executes for clients. This was an important discussion point throughout the interviews, as the company looks for diverse candidates who might specialize in one area but have working knowledge/experience in other aspects of marketing.

Many emails before finally hopping on a call. When we finally hopped on, the owner would ask me a question and proceeded to RAMBLE ON and not let me answer the question. By the time, it was my turn to speak, I had nearly forgotten each question. After the interview: not a single email or response to my follow-ups. Thankfully I ended up getting an offer at a prestigious company, which tells me we would've been a disaster either way!
