It was a really relaxed typical 3 stage process, with two teams sessions with two people and a technical test to be completed in your own time. The final stage was going over the code you wrote from the test, then some more general chatting.
The approach to introductions was different to anything I have experienced before but did a good job at easing into the process and getting to know the team.
The technical test was by far the most interesting and fun technical test I did during my job hunt, but that could just be it was a fascinating subject matter for me.
Everyone was friendly and considerate; the team really understood their product and business model and was a pleasurable experience throughout.
It was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made not accepting the role offered.
