Poor communication from the Recruitment team throughout the process. Responses were consistently slow, and I often had to chase for updates on multiple occasions. At times, I even needed to contact the Hiring Manager directly to prompt Recruitment for a response. The interview itself was fine overall, although the task set was quite demanding given the two-day turnaround, particularly as the delay stemmed from Recruitment not confirming the appointment earlier. The format of the second interview also differed from what had been outlined beforehand, which left me somewhat unprepared for parts of the discussion. In addition, some panel members asked very closed-ended questions but then criticised the lack of elaboration in my answers, which felt contradictory and made parts of the interview experience somewhat awkward.
