TMI Calibration interview questions

Two phone interviews with the same manager. It wasn't very difficult at all. I think once you show that you are proficient in what you claim, its just personality after that.

There was a short phone interview process, followed by a sit down with a manger. After the second interview there was also a quick tour and hands on experience show what exactly you would be doing and where. It was very informative and the process was very smooth.
