Friendly set up for the assessment day, made everyone feel welcome and paid for travel expenses. Started with an introduction to the company, followed by a written exercise, formal interview, informal lunch and a group exercise.

Interview
Interview process required a presentation of a specific topic and this was presented to a panel of 3-4 senior members of the Product testing and engineering team.
This was then followed by an interview meeting with the manager and Test team leader.

Interview
The interview itself was a pleasant travel. We were given a good introduction for about an hour followed by a batch of people attending interviews and another batch writing an exam/assessment kinda stuff. Later we had group exercise.
