Got an initial scedualled phone call with a recruiter, they were very nice and even helped me with saying the correct things in the initial steps. They sent me an assessment to take, which involved some pretty basic questions about how you act at work, a typing test, and required reccording a few short videos answering different questions.
After I passed that they gave me a video call interveiw, which I was pretty terrible at but they still ended up passing me onto the next round.
You then have to go onsite, which you need to hand in your ID at the door for, & there is a pretty average interveiw with 2 supervisors. It is an entry level position but they expect to keep you quite longterm as it is a long training, so if you don't have the availability to commit for over a year then they likely will reject you.
