A initial screening with a recruiter who was very professIonal and conducted the conversation very well.
The second step was an online interview with the hiring manager and director and it was the worst interview I ever had in my career. A lengthy 18 questions interview where interviewers made little to no eye contact and kept reading the script. Questions were too theoretical and probably a recent grad would do better, despite being for a position demanding 15+ years of experience.
Moreover, almost 2 months later and no feedback was provided, not even to say I was rejected.
