TVG interview questions

Initially was hit with a phone screen from HR. A month later they scheduled an interview with the management of the data team. After that step they sent me a coding exercise that took 4+ hours to do properly..... After turning that in I got no response. HR was slow to answer questions and ultimately unprofessional.

The interview process consisted of 6+ interviews in total, multiple phone and video and on-site. The communications and organization during the process were lacking. In the end, the hiring team had an unrealistic compensation expectation for the position. In fact, this entire months-long process ended up being a complete waste of time because the recruiter I was working with was given bad information on salary available. It seems to me now that this was a purposeful attempt to give a low ball offer, and that this interviewing process was not done in good faith. I would warn anyone against getting suckered into a terrible commute for a job paying WELL less than market rate.
