Interview
Be very very weary of this company! They lead you on to believe its a full time position and they lowball you. After the first interview they wanted me to build out a mock application, which I did and submitted on time. Two days later they contacted me saying they were very impressed with my application and wanted me to come in to make me an offer. This was on a Sunday morning and they wanted me to come on a Sunday night...first red flag. When I did come in the next day to receive the offer they brought up the mock up application I made and told me upon further review that my code did not meet their expectations and as a result had revised their offer which instead of being a full time position was a 1099 contract to build out a full application for them at half the salary rate with payment upon completion. They then said that upon completion of this trial application that they might hire me full time. Also they said that this contract position had to be done on premises with their equipment(crappy windows laptops) Needless to say I did not accept and felt that I was being scammed into working for less pay. Avoid this place at all costs if you are a developer.
