My general process for any design begins with research, getting an understanding of the problem and what the end goal is. Then to pen and paper, get all the intial ideas out on paper, start sorting the good from the bad. Once i've got a couple of ideas, i will speak with various stakeholders and developers to ensure I am thinking along the right paths and my ideas will be possible with the tools available. Then off to high fidelity design tools, such as Figma to refine and fill out the designs. Once i've got these finished i build prototypes and start testing my designs on internal and if possible external users. Each and every step I try to stay in close contact with the stakeholders.
