Representative set up an interview date and didn’t respond to confirm. When interview was done, they mentioned a follow up interview. Waited a couple weeks and randomly received a rejection letter, which would be fine if they didn’t schedule a follow up, over all very poor communication.

Overall is good. Two engineers asked me several questions and found out I'm over qualified. So that's it for the interview. Not disappointed even I didn't get the position since they didn't expect I was overqualified.
