I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Talmundo (Amsterdam) in Sep 2020
Interview
The entire interview process is very smooth, first round with HR and the hiring manger, 2nd round with a fellow in the marketing team together with the hiring manger, 3rd round meeting with the Sales director, CEO.
The interview process made me genuinely experienced that I am appreciated not only as a working professional but also as a person and I felt it will be a very fun and interesting team to work with.
I also had an amazing pre and onboarding experience after I excepted the offer, people in the company are generally very empathetic, yet professional, we are hard-workers, but also know the importance of taking a break, enjoying life, spending time with our friends and family.
It is so far my best interview, pre and onboarding process ever.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Talmundo in Apr 2021
Interview
The process consist of a screening motivation/cv, than recruiter interview and than 3 more interviews. I got invited last minute via whatsapp to the first interview, which lasted insanely long and was far beyond a recruiter interview in terms of questions. There we a lot of technical questions, to mark a check list. At the same time, I didn't get the feeling the recruiter understood the job she was hiring for, more technical questions for her didn't get a good respond. The feedback I received in the weekend was not applicable. "We had so many good candidates others have more experience, thank you.."
The reviews on glassdoor are way to positive.
I don't think they know what they want as a new team member. Talking to a potential candidate for a jr. position and claiming so much of his time, while you want more experience in the end sounds like the jr salary position for a medior role.

Question 1
Questions like; How would you communicate with developer and sales person. If the sales person comes to you with a prepared presentation but your backlog is full how would you deal with this? If you had only 1 day a week to do the job what would you do.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. I understand that you are disappointed that we decided not to move forward with your candidacy after the initial call. It's a crucial role in our organization, so we are very focused on finding a candidate who is not only a good fit with the role but also a great addition to our team. When we are in the lucky position to receive many qualified applications, we can be more selective and choose the one who we feel best meets our needs and will be able to hit the ground running.
