Tao Group interview questions

Met with 3 different people. first meet with a manager then General Manager then Operation director with the owner. They ask you different restaurant hospitality scenarios and how you would handle each one. Example: If a guest was unhappy with their guest experience and food what would you do so they leave happy and return to the restaurant?

Interviewed, asked basic questions, got hired the day of. Filled out an application at the site, was told to wait so I did for about 30 mins, the Reservations Manager came down and interviewed me.
