I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tapi Carpets & Floors in Mar 2026
Interview
Initial screening call with internal recruiter followed by one with two of the development team via Teams. Everyone was pleasant and conversational, didn't feel intimidating or pressured which is great.
After the process, feedback was given which is always appreciated. However it mentioned the experience that I didn't have and I'm quite explicit and truthful with my experience on my CV so I'm not sure why I was even seen at interview if it was such a fundamental requirement. It honestly just came across if they weren't really sure what they wanted in a candidate. I do hope they figured it out though!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tapi Carpets & Floors (Orpington, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
Thorough and informative, quick with response times. Very polite and professional. Took the time to listen and engage with the interviewee. Would recommend as a company. Thought the process was easy and convenient
Unprofessional and unorganised. It was like it was forgotten about so just had a little chat about each other. Was nothing more than this. Red flags straight away reflecting a company winging every thing they ever do
