    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tate Recruitment (Brighton, England (UK)) in September 2015.

    Interview

They were approachable and put me at ease. I actually registered as a candidate as I was un happy in my then current role as a resourcer - they told me how Tate worked and asked me if I would consider coming to work for them as a trainee.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

    There wasn't really one.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tate Recruitment.

    Interview

Telephone interview then face to face with 2 senior managers that lasted approximately 1 hour. Put at ease, not overly corporate. Given background of the business and outlined strategy going forward. Transparent about the role and what was expected. Lengthy discussion about skills, transferable skills, key drivers. Very smooth process.
