great process for selection and it was massive experience for any fresher for joining this company and overall process was very easy and friendly this is an good opportunity for any freshers
The chances of getting selected in the interview mostly depend on your aptitude. I found their aptitude level difficult, and the salary package they provide (after training) is quite decent. One drawback is that they don't pay you during the training period.

1) apptitude (level: moderate to hard) in tatvasoft plateform and with some conditions (negative marking system, no back forward)
2) technical interview (basic of oops concepts, basic SQL query, pattern coding)
3) HR interview (level : easy)
