Interview
When i received the call for interview I made them very clear about my salary expectations. Tavant's interview process is very long and tedious with 2 technical rounds of 1hr each and then a techno managerial round of 1 hr.
After I cleared all the 3 rounds, what I get to hear is that they cannot meet my expectation and can provide only 10-15% hike.
Very disappointing and unprofessional recruitment system.
